The City has set a CBI goal for this Contract of zero percent (0%). CLT HVAC Air Filters. Reference number ITB AVIA 24-15 Services scope of work. The scope of this contract shall be to provide air filtration products as described and to perform quarterly changes of these air filtration products for the air handling units which condition the air for the Main Terminal Building, Five Concourses, Fleet Maintenance Building, and the CLT Center. This contract is not federally funded. The potential to add and/or remove units due to construction or other purposes will be requested as needed. The Company must provide the labor to install the new air filters and to dispose of the old air filters from each of the 135 air handling units in the service areas. The Airport reserves the right to reject any Bid, without limitation, on the basis of function, compatibility with user requirements, utility or cost. CLT reserves the right to revise the terms of the form Contract at any time during the ITB process and to negotiate different terms with the Company. A contract substantially similar to the final contract the successful Bidder will be expected to sign, including Exhibit A, the details for the entire scope of work falling under this ITB the Specifications. The scope of this contract shall be to provide air filtration products as described and to perform quarterly changes of these air filtration products for the air handling units which condition the air for the main terminal building, five concourses and the CLT Center. This contract is not federally funded. The potential to add and/or remove units due to construction or other purposes will be requested as needed. Services scope of work. The scope of this contract shall be to provide air filtration products as described and to perform quarterly changes of these air filtration products for the air handling units which condition the air for the Main Terminal Building, Five Concourses, Fleet Maintenance Building, and the CLT Center. This contract is not federally funded. The potential to add and/or remove units due to construction or other purposes will be requested as needed. The Company must provide the labor to install the new air filters and to dispose of the old air filters from each of the 135 air handling units in the service areas. The company must provide a schedule which shows the dates in which the air filters will be changed. The objective of this schedule is to ensure that all air filters which are designated as Prefilters are replaced after thirty (30) consecutive days of filtering operations in the air handling units. The air filters which are designated as Final Filters are to be replaced after ninety (90) consecutive days of filtering operations in the air handling units. The company must perform a complete service of all (135) air handling units, which consist of the replacement and disposal of (2,188)-pre-filters after every thirty (30) days. Every ninety days the company must change (1,333) final-air filters, in addition to the monthly scheduled (1,684)-prefilters. The Company will be allowed one week, (7) days to complete the monthly air filter servicing for all (126) air handling units. The Company will be allowed one week, (7) days to complete the quarterly air filter servicing for all (135) air handling units. Note: The quarterly service will include the (2,188) pre-filters including the (1,333) final-filters. It is the company's responsibility to supply the man-power necessary to perform the quarterly service within the scheduled one-week period. The Airport will provide an area and receptacles on airport property for the disposal and recycling of the old air filters and the air filter packaging cartons. The company must provide a written daily report during the service week, which indicates what air handlers, has been serviced that workday. Invoices must only be provided monthly and only after the services has been rendered. Question Deadline 12/21/2023
