The Federal Bureau of Prisons, FCC Terre Haute, In, is issuing combined synopsis solicitation 15B41823Q00000010 for the replacement of the Fire Pump Motor. The services will be provided to the Federal Bureau of Prisons outside secure perimeter of the facility, located at the Federal Prison Terre Haute, In. The contract type is a requirements contract with firm-fixed unit price. An award will be made to a responsive offeror (who submits all required submissions on time), whose past performance does not pose a risk to the Government, and whose offer is Technically Acceptable. An offer is technically acceptable if its technical capabilities conform to the Government's Performance Work Statement or listed specs whichever is applicable to the buy. Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Buyer on the basis of price, technical capability, and past performance. The performance contract period will be up to 120 calendar days after issuance of award. Please see the attached statement of work for exact details and qualifications. The combined synopsis solicitation will be available on December 7, 2023 and will be distributed solely through the SAM.GOV. All future information concerning this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed solely through this website. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure you have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The website provides all downloading instructions to obtain a copy of the solicitation. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is on January 8, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. EST. Additionally, a Site visit is scheduled for December 19,2023 at 1:30 p.m. At FCC Terre Haute, 4700 Bureau Road South, Terre Haute, Indiana, 47802. All interested vendors are strongly encouraged to attend in order to assess scope of work requested. Although encouraged to attend, this site visit is not mandatory to quote the solicitation. Contractors doing business with the Federal Government are advised that this solicitation includes the clause FAR 52.212-5 (Apr 2005) for Commercial Items and System for Award Management (SAM). This clause requires all contractors doing business with the federal government after September 30, 2003, to be registered in the SAM database at www.sam.gov. Contractors should include their unique identity number in their offers. The Contracting Officer will verify registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award. The North American Industrial Classification (NAICS) code is 333914. Pursuant to Federal Acquisition regulation 36.204 the estimated magnitude of this acquisition is under $250,000.00 Dollars. All Proposals/Quotations must conform to the listed specifications on the Scope of Work that is attached.
