This project includes installation of miscellaneous erosion control measures, the removal of the existing security fence, relocation of an existing light pole and light fixture, tying into the existing fuel farm grounding system, locating and tying into the existing electrical circuits, installation of 2" PVC conduits and junction boxes for electrical circuits, site excavation, installation of aggregate base course, installation of 6" thick concrete containment slab for fuel truck parking and tying into the existing fuel farm containment area for drainage. The project also includes the installation of security fence and post and seeding and mulching all disturbed areas. Immediately thereafter, bids received by the due date and time shall be opened and publicly read aloud via "Zoom" meeting for furnishing all labor and materials and performing all work associated with: Fuel Farm Containment Expansion. for bid documents in electronic format may be made by submitting an e-mail request to Carolyn Phillips (cphinips@tbiric.com). Bidders requesting electronic format bid documents must provide a contact name, name of firm they represent with mailing address, and an e-mail address for receipt of electronic files. Companies requesting electronic transfer will receive an e-mail link for direct downloading from Talbert & Bright's Secure Folder System. Envelopes containing proposals must be sealed and delivered to the above indicated location. Envelopes are to be clearly marked. The County of Accomack intends to award the entire project; however, the award of this contract is contingent upon the availability of local and state funds. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
