Silver Falls State Park Cabin Restroom Reroof Project. Question Deadline 01/03/2024 at 2:00 PM PT. The following is a project estimate for bonding purposes: $31,000.00. Project Start Date: February 11, 2024 Final Completion: No Later Than February 23, 2024. The purpose of this ITB is to procure competitive quotes in accordance with the intermediate procurement procedures of ORS 279C.412 to establish a contract for the Silver Falls State Park Cabin Restroom Reroof Project for the benefit of the Oregon Parks and Recreation Department. The work contemplated under this Contract includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment, permits, and services for, and incidental to, the completion of all Work. Project Description: Contractor Shall Provide All Necessary Expertise, Labor, Equipment, Materials, Incidentals, and Permits Required to Complete The Project as More Fully Described in the Contract Documents, Including: Remove and Dispose of Existing Roofing Materials and Shingles at a Legally Approved Site; Install New Roofing Material To Match the Existing Cabins; Roofing Products to Be Installed to Industry Standards and According to Manufacturer's Recommendations; Repair to Damaged Tongue and Groove Ceiling Boards and Roofing Underlayment Where Necessary Using New Tongue and Groove Material and Cdx Plywood of Same Thickness; and Remove and Replace Existing Skylights and Install (4) New Curb-mounted Skylights. The Work to Be Performed Under This Contract Shall Consist of Furnishing Tools, Equipment, Materials, Supplies, and Manufactured Articles and for Furnishing Transportation and Services, Including Fuel, Power, Water, and Essential Communications, and for the Performance of All Labor, Work, or Other Operations Required for the Fulfillment of the Contract In Strict Accordance With the Contract Documents. General Description Contractor shall provide all installation, labor, materials, and equipment required to reroof Silver Falls Cabin loop restroom. Contractor shall remove and dispose of existing roofing materials and shingles at a legally approved site. New roofing material shall match the existing cabins. Roofing products to be installed to industry standards and according to manufacturer's recommendations. Liquidated Damages Liquidated Damages of $200 Per Day Will Apply to the Contract Resulting From This Itb for Failure to Complete the Project by The Final Completion Date (See Also Itb Exhibit 5, Section 4). Offeror must provide a list of 3 different project references with the Offer that can be contacted regarding the quality of workmanship and service that the Offeror provided on projects of comparable size and scope. Offeror shall submit this information using the form provided in this section or may use the Offeror's form. The list of 3 different project references shall include the following information.
