The project consists of the installation of new roof top units, ductwork and all incidentals associated with new units. The project also includes new split-system heat pumps and cabinet heater installation. The electrical scope of work includes alterations to the electrical distribution system to support the new HVAC equipment and modifications including all associated wire, conduit, and appurtenances for complete and operational HVAC systems. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be submitted in writing to and must be received by Great West Engineering no later than 5:00 pm local time on December 21, 2023 to ensure questions are addressed in writing. Oral questions will only be accepted at the Pre-Bid conference.
