The Bid Items Include The Bidder Furnishing All Labor And Equipment, As Well As Materials If So Indicated In The Specifications, To Accomplish Work Including But Not Limited To: Sewer Bypassing, Waste Water System Installation And/or Repairs, Water System Installation And/or Repairs, Drainage Improvement Or Repairs, Pavement Removal And Replacement, Excavation, Concrete Work, Dewatering, Cleaning, Sewer Point Repairs, Sod, Grassing, And Other Items As Shown On The Proposal Form. The Term Of This Award Shall Be From Date Of Award Until September 30, 2024. The City Will Have The Option To Renew The Bid Agreement For Four Additional Years After The Initial Year Of Service, With Annual Increases In The Contract Amount Limited To The Lesser Of The Cpi Or 5%. No Prospective Contractor May Withdraw Their Proposal Within Sixy (60) Days After The Actual Date Of The Opening Thereof. The City Of Brandon Reserves The Right To Reject Any And/or All Bids, To Accept Any Bid Deemed To Be In The Best Interest Of The City, And To Waive Informalities.
