The Dewatering Building Mezzanine Slab Repair Project includes selective demolition and repair of deteriorated concrete and an equipment pad at the Carson City Water Resource Recovery Facility Dewatering Building. Work includes removal of existing deteriorated concrete and rebar, removal of an existing odor scrubber, placement of new reinforced concrete, resetting the existing scrubber, and application of a urethane flooring. This Project is deemed a Horizontal Construction Project. Engineers Estimate: $230,000.00 Questions Deadline: 1/19/2024 11:00 AM (PT) Questions regarding this bid must be submitted via NGEM under the "QUESTIONS TAB" and must be received a minimum of (4) working days prior to bid opening. 223019-000 Measurement and payment will be made as specified in this Section and in accordance with the provisions of the General Conditions. B. The scope of this Section defines the minimum items to be included in the Contract. The method of payment for this project will be based on the Contractor's bid for all work required, and reasonably inferable, by the Contract Documents.
