Phase 1B Treated Water Pipeline Segment C. Estimate: $61,000,000.00. Installation of approximately 38,000 LF of 42" diameter water pipeline, 34,600 LF of 36" LF of 36" diameter water pipeline, 14,600 LF of 30" diameter water pipeline, 3,800 LF of 24" diameter water pipeline, and 26,700 LF of 12" diameter water pipeline installed by open-cut and trenchless methods in Caldwell and Hays Counties, Texas. Each Proposal must be accompanied by a Bid Bond, on the furnished form, in an amount of not less than five percent of the total Proposal, as specified in Form 00 21 14, Instructions to Offerors. Performance and payment bonds, when required, shall be executed on forms furnished by the Owner. Each bond shall be issued in an amount of 100% of the Contract Amount by a solvent corporate surety company authorized to do business in the State of Texas, and shall meet any other requirements established by law or by the Owner. Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to waive any minor informality in a proposal or in the solicitation process. The contract is contingent upon release of funds from the Texas Water Development Board. Any contract or contracts awarded under this Invitation for Proposals is/are expected to be funded in part by a loan or grant from the Texas Water Development Board. Neither the State of Texas, nor any of its departments, agencies, or employees are or will be a party to this Invitation to Offerors or any resulting contract. Question Deadline 01/04/2024 at 5:00 PM CT All inquiries shall be submitted through electronically. Inquiries received after this time may not receive a response. If an Offeror contacts any officer, employee, or representative of the Owner other than the Owner's Contact during the period beginning on the date the Invitation for Proposals is issued and ending on the date the Owner awards the contract or rejects all offers, any offer submitted by the Offeror is subject to rejection by the Owner. Document note: The Owner's Representative in making copies of Proposal Documents available do so only for the purpose of obtaining Proposals for the Project and do not authorize or confer a license or grant for any other use. Contract Time: 560 Calendar Days from the Project Start Date to the date of Substantial Completion, and 620 Calendar Days from the Project Start Date to the date of Final Completion, subject to adjustment in accordance with the Contract Documents. Addendum #1-#5 have been issued as of 1-9-2024.
