Spotsylvania Middle School ñ RT. 208 (Courthouse Road) Improvements Project Spotsylvania County Public Schools SBCS is requesting Bids from Offerors to provide the most practical, time effective and cost-efficient solution to renovate Spotsylvania Middle School. The description of services shall establish minimum requirements and expectations. Spotsylvania County Public Schools intends to award to one Contractor but expressly reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality or irregularity in the bids received, and to award a bid to be in the best interests of Spotsylvania County Public Schools. The undersigned agrees to Substantially Complete the Project no later than July 31, 2025. Attached hereto is a Bid Bond (AIA Document A310) for 5% of the undersigned base bid made payable to the Spotsylvania County School Board. Either a cashier's or certified check must accompany bids or an acceptable bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the base bid, made payable to School Board of the County of Spotsylvania. All questions regarding the IFB must be received in writing by email, subject: Questions regarding IFB #01092024-1400î on or before December 22, 2023 no later than 12:00 pm. Spotsylvania County Public Schools will not be bound by verbal responses to questions.
