Kenai Central High School Pool Boiler Replacement. The project consists of the following: Providing all equipment, material and professional expertise to demo two existing tube fired boilers and DHW, circulation pumps and piping. Installation of 4 new high efficiency boilers, new circulation pumps and domestic hot water supply and related equipment per contract documents. This contract is subject to the provision of State of Alaska, Title 36, Minimum Wage Rates. The subsequent contract will require certificates of insurance and may require performance and payment bonds. The Kenai Peninsula Borough hereby invites qualified firms to submit a firm price for acceptance by the Borough for ITB24-024 Kenai Central High School Pool Boiler Replacement. The project consists of the following: Providing all equipment, material and professional expertise to demo two existing tube fired boilers and DHW, circulation pumps and piping. Installation of 4 new high efficiency boilers, new circulation pumps and domestic hot water supply and related equipment per contract documents. If material required for bidding purposes by these documents is absent, the bidder is required to notify the Purchasing and Contracting Director by facsimile (907) 714-2373, by e-mail to purchasing@kpb.us or by submitting the information/question through the online questions and answers process at BidExpress.com Requests from Bidders for interpretation or clarification of the Bid Documents shall be made in writing to the Purchasing and Contracting Director and shall arrive no later than 5:00 PM on December 20, 2023.
