Reference Number 0000336731 Furnish Fairbanks Morris Pump Rehabilitation Question Acceptance Deadline 01/02/2024 04:00 PM EST Questions are submitted online No -- Please address any and all questions, in writing, to Deborah Magaro-Dolan, Specification Writer, Division of Purchase at deborahmagarodolan@ongov.net, General Requirements - Insurance Required - License Required - Prevailing Wage Required - Warranty Information Required Scope: Furnish parts, rehabilitation repair services, and new Vertical Turbine Solids Handling (VTSH) Pump for the Secondary Effluent Pump Station (SEPS) located at the Syracuse Metropolitan WWTP, 650 Hiawatha Blvd. West as specified below. The scope of work illustrates different levels of service that may be required and will be scheduled as required. General: All services will be provided for 36-inch Fairbanks Morris Pumps Model VTSH-LH-AWF All service as part of this contract shall be documented by detailed electronic technical service reports Repair parts shall be Original Equipment Manufacturer (O.E.M) or superior type aftermarket All parts will require approval by the County prior to installation Parts which are not specified in this bid will be provided by the Owner. Work to be Performed: Shall include all materials and labor as specified. Group 1 #1 - Item One, Rehabilitation of 36-inch VTSH-LH-AWF Pump All New OEM Parts Provide shipment for pump, including any owner supplied replacement parts, to and from the pump repair facility. Owner will load pump on/off truck/trailer. Provide cribbing and supports for transport of the pump assembly in accordance with the manufacturer's recommended storage procedures. Receive pump, disassemble pump completely, clean and conduct an internal inspection summarized in a detail technical report. Upon approval from the Owner proceed with the rehabilitation in accordance with the scope of the item described below. Furnish and Install OEM parts for the pump as listed below for the rehabilitation of a pump. Weld and remachine register fits and return to OEM dimensions. The impeller shall be inspected, and the amount of wear documented.
