The project is a part of a larger, new mixed-use and mixed income, phased redevelopment of the Beltline Boulevard Station Area located at the southeast corner of the County Road 25 and Beltline Boulevard in St. Louis Park, MN. The project is a 571-stall parking structure that will be vertically subdivided into several tracts, one of which will be owned by the Metropolitan Council ("Transit Ramp"). The Transit Ramp will have a minimum of 268 parking stalls for Metro Transit Park & Ride patrons. The parking structure will include commercial space located in the southwest corner of the development site.
