The project is a part of a larger, new mixed-use and mixed income, phased redevelopment of the Beltline Boulevard Station Area located at the southeast corner of the County Road 25 and Beltline Boulevard in St. Louis Park, MN. The project is a 571-stall parking structure that will be vertically subdivided into several tracts, one of which will be owned by the Metropolitan Council ("Transit Ramp"). The Transit Ramp will have a minimum of 268 parking stalls for Metro Transit Park & Ride patrons. The parking structure will include commercial space located in the southwest corner of the development site. Construction Location:3301/3309 Beltline Boulevard DBE Project: Yes A bid security equal to five percent (5%) of the bid amount must accompany each bid to be considered a responsive bid. The bid security shall be in the form of a surety bond through a qualified corporate surety company, acceptable to Beltline Mixed Use LLC and authorized to do business in the State of Minnesota. OWNER'S RIGHTS RESERVED: Beltline Mixed Use LLC may elect to disqualify a bid due to failure to submit a bid that is consistent with applicable public bidding laws or as otherwise set forth in the bidding documents.
