The City of Delray Beach, Florida (City) is soliciting Letters from qualified firms interested in providing Crest Theatre Operations and Management services. This management and operations project includes a 9,728 square foot building consisting of eight (8) first floor office spaces, two (2) first floor meeting/classrooms, ticket counter, commercial kitchen with two separate bar areas and a large gathering room, six (6) second floor meeting/classrooms, restrooms, small office and storage space on the second floor. Additionally, this facility includes a 323-seat auditorium with a stage that will require improvements prior to becoming available for public use. The City will not contribute to the project budget and a long-term lease agreement will be executed by both parties. Respondents are informed that the City Commissioners will serve as the Evaluation Committee. It is important to note that the facility management organization(s) contracting to provide services as a result of this Request for Letters of Interest, must make a commitment to accept the responsibility of supporting and facilitating an exceptional partnership with the City and the area communities. Through this RFLI, the City is is seeking and will consider specific proposals or offers to manage or program the referenced facility. The City will not hold a Pre-Bid Conference. It is the responsibility of the Proposer to ensure all pages are included in the submission. All Proposers are advised to closely examine the solicitation package. The City provides a specified time for Vendors to ask questions and seek clarification regarding the requirements of the solicitation. All questions or clarification inquiries must be submitted through Periscope (formerly BidSync) by the date and time referenced in the solicitation document (including any addenda). The City will respond to all questions via Periscope. The City of Delray Beach is exempt from Federal and State Taxes for tangible personal property tax. The City of Delray Beach reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Proposals, in whole or in part, with or without cause, to waive any irregularities and/or technicalities, and to award the contract on such coverage and terms it deems will best serve the interests of the City.
