As of January 8, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The City of Okanogan expressly reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals and to waive minor irregularities or informalities and to award the Project to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder as it best serves the interests of the City. The work consists of furnishing all material, labor, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary for construction of the Power Outage Resilience project. The work consists of, but is not limited to, the following: Schedule A - Well 4 Site. 1. Submission of product submittals including shop drawings and other descriptive information in accordance with these specifications. 2. Furnish and install generator receptacle, manual transfer switch, motor soft start, and associated conduit and site work. 3. Fabrication and delivery of trailer-mounted auxiliary generator, including subbase fuel tank, to wellsite. 4. Startup and training services including equipment inspection, startup, and field adjustments. 5. Equipment operation and maintenance manuals. 6. Surface restoration and rehabilitation. Schedule B - Well 5 Site 1. Submission of product submittals including shop drawings and other descriptive information in accordance with these specifications. 2.
