The facility includes a (2) processing rooms, an extractor room, freezer room, interior compressor room, exterior compressor space, dust collector space, fire sprinkler riser room, mechanical room, I.T. room, break room, and restrooms. The Work includes construction of a new Pre-Engineered Metal Building (Type II-A) Single Story 15,774 square feet seed center building. Construction is standard metal framing with concrete slab on grade and standard foundations, together with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Site work includes installation of an infiltration trench, and piping, utilities, and new concrete paving. The removal of an existing 2,500 square feet single story wood frame storage building will take place prior to make room for the construction of the new building. Vehicle access will remain from existing access points. Onsite sewer, water, electricity, gas, and phone services are available.
