Reference number: 1783411 Deadline for receiving complaints: 2023-12-22 Replacement of Generator and Fresh Air System at Habitations Clotilde-D'amico, located at 4000 Ave. Bannantyne, in the borough of Verdun. The project is to carry out all work in accordance with the contract documents. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: 1.2.1 Electricity: Replacement of the generator, installation of a new bypass diverter for the fire pump and connection of new systems. 1.2.2 Mechanical: Replacement of a fresh air supply system with a heat recovery system, replacement of supply grilles and diffusers, replacement of plumbing and exhaust of the generator room. The work will be carried out in an 8-storey building with 88 units for seniors. The building was constructed in 1985. During the work, the dwelling(s) will be occupied. 2.1 According to the current plan, it is expected that the work will begin as early as February 2024, but this date is subject to change by the OMHM. In such a case, the amendment cannot be used to justify a request for an extra on the part of the successful tenderer. 2.2 The work must be carried out within a maximum of 290 working days from the confirmed start date of the work in the letter of engagement.
