Number: AC-STBG-G-282-1(21)E Description: This project, located in Harford County, is for extension of the right turn lane along northbound MD 755 south of the intersection with MD 24. The project also calls for resurfacing and re-striping of MD 755 and MD 24. The purpose of the project is to improve safety and ride quality and provide additional capacity for the right turn lane. The total project length is approximately 0.49 miles(0.27 along MD 24 and 0.22 along MD 755). Pre Bid Conference: a Pre-bid Conference Will Not Be Held for This Contract. Minimum Wage Rates for Each Project, if Applicable, Have Been Pre-determined by Law and Are Set Forth in the Invitation for Bids (Ifb). Bids Must Only Be Made Upon the Latest Electronic Proposal Forms (and Attachments) That Are Furnished by the Administration. In Accordance With State Finance and Procurement Title 13 of the Annotated Code of Maryland, No Bid, Performance or Payment Bonds Are Required for Bids Less Than $100,000.00. However, Bids $100,000.00 and Above Will Not Be Considered Unless a Bid Security is Submitted as Outlined in the Invitation for Bids. Bid Security Shall Equal at Least Five Percent (5%) of the Total Amount Bid.
