The District Will Not Accept a Bid Proposal That Does Not Include These Sworn and Notarized Disclosure Statements. Proposals Must Include a Bid Bond or Certified Check Made Payable to Wayne-westland Community Schools for Not Less Than 5% of the Contract and Must Be Submitted on the Bid Proposal Form Furnished With the Specifications. All Proposals Will Remain Firm for a Period of 60 Days and Provide Performance/labor and Material Bonds Upon Award. The Board of Education Reserves the Right to Accept or Reject Any or All Bids, Either in Whole or in Part, to Award Contract to Other Than the Low Bidder; to Waive Any Irregularities and/or Informalities; and in General, to Make Awards in Any Manner Deemed to Be in the Best Interests of the Owner.
