It is intended that the GC engage a properly qualified roofing trade within the scope of its bid, unless the contractor fulfills the qualification of both qualification of both classifications. Construction Cost Range: $15,000 - $25,000 Final questions to be submitted by Tuesday December 5th *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Perform adhesion test with supervision of Garland representative to ensure the system can be installed as anticipated. (bidding contractors are responsible for including the cost of CPR adhesion test kit in their bid) Power wash entire roof using 3500 PSI and environmentally friendly cleaners to remove contaminants and build up from the surface. The wash detergent will be applied at a minimum of 500 square feet per gallon. This ensures a clean surface so that the coatings can gain proper adhesion. Remove trash and debris from the roofs and dispose of in onsite receptacles. Simple green is approved cleaning detergent, any/all others will need approval from Garland prior to use.
