This contract consists of removing partition wall to expand Command center in to ante room, replace existing console, add connectivity to monitor West Building F/A and SC. Upgrade CCTV connectivity, add video wall for real time monitoring. additionally add terminal work stations for Access Control. Additional infrastructure to handle IT requirements. Background: Orange County exercises the rights and privileges conveyed to it by the State of Florida, and the Orange County Charter. It presently operates with an elected chief executive officer, Orange County Mayor, and six elected district commissioners, who together comprise the Board of County Commissioners. The Contractor shall maintain on a primary basis and at its sole expense, at all times throughout the duration of this Contract the following types of insurance coverage with limits and on forms (including endorsements) as described herein. These requirements, as well as the County's review or acceptance of insurance maintained by Contractor is not intended to and shall not in any manner limit or qualify the liabilities assumed by Contractor under this Contract. The Contractor shall maintain any coverage required by federal and state workers' compensation or financial responsibility laws including but not limited to Chapter 324 and 440, Florida Statutes, as may be amended from time to time. Insurance carriers providing coverage shall be authorized and/or eligible to do business in the State of Florida and shall possess a current A.M. Best's Financial Strength Rating of A- Class VIII.
