This project includes a new bulkhead, tieback/anchors, fender system, concrete cap, cutter utility shore ties (telecom, electrical, water, & sewer), etc. Repair the floating pier and marine fuel distribution system and bilge water tank. Install new sanitary sewer lines to prevent freezing and sloped for positive flow.
