This project includes widening and resurfacing Grandin Road east of SR 48 for 300-Lin. Ft. and extending Grandin Road an additional 400-Lin. Ft., and constructing 955-Lin. Ft. of new Towne Center Boulevard east of SR 48. The project includes approximately 1300 CY of aggregate base, 2000 CY asphalt, 3500-LF curb/gutter and underdrains, 1000-LF storm sewer, 1100-LF 16" Water Main, and 8500 SF of sidewalk. All bids must include a Bid Guaranty, as described in the instructions to Bidders. Bidders must comply with the Davis Bacon prevailing wage rates, herein this Bid Package. Bidders and/or their subcontractors must be ODOT Prequalified for the concrete curb/gutter, stabilized subgrade, and asphalt pavement construction at the time of bidding, award, and throughout the life of the construction contract. The Bidder is responsible for tracking the Hamilton Township website for addendums and other updates during the bidding period. Hamilton Township reserves the right to waive any informalities, reject any or all bids and to hold such bids for a period of sixty (60) days before taking any action thereon, and to award a contract to the best, most responsive and responsible Bidder. No Bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the opening.
