West Valley Maintenance Facility. This project is funded under a financial assistance contract by the U.S. Department of Transportation and is subject to all conditions of the Davis-Bacon Act (40 U.S.C. 276a) and the Labor Code of the State of California commencing in Section 1770 et. seq. It is subject to monitoring and enforcement by the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR). Contractor is obligated to submit certified payroll records directly to the DIR's electronic certified payroll system. A California State Contractor's License is required of the prime bidder. Bidders must possess the proper licenses for all the types of work identified in the scope of work for electrical, concrete, painting, etc. at the time of Contract award. The Q&A module is available through Omnitrans online bidding system is to be used for all request for approved equal, clarification, changes, exceptions, or deviations whether to the Scope of Work or Purchase Order terms and conditions.
