As of January 8, 2024, all bids for this project have been rejected. The project is expected to be rebid, however, information regarding the rebid has not been confirmed at this time. The County will accept Bids for ADA renovations to multiple existing polling sites, Lycoming County, PA for ADA compliance, in strict accordance with the Drawings and Specifications as prepared by Anthony H. Visco, Jr., Architects, and described as: Prime General and Electrical Construction which includes but is not limited to Minor Demolition; Concrete work; Handrails; Carpentry; Batt insulation; Standard steel door and door frames; Door hardware; Glass and glazing; Paint; Electrical work- light fixtures, wiring, electronic hardware; Paving and patching; and Site work. Question Deadline 11/10/2023 at 5:00 PM ET Complete bidding documents are available at no cost on PennBid (www.pennbid.net). By use of these documents, Bidders agree to the requirements of the Architect's Electronic Documents Release form included in the Bid Documents. 2. Questions regarding this Invitation to Bid shall be submitted via the "Clarifications" feature within PennBid Any bid submitted will be binding for 60 days after the date of the bid opening. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Bid. Bid security shall be released to unsuccessful Bidders within 120 days after the date of bid opening. The Lycoming County Board of Commissioners reserve the right to accept or reject any or all bids, or to accept any part of a bid without accepting the whole thereof, or to accept such bid as they deem to be in the best interest of the County.
