Each Bid Must Be Accompanied by a Certified Check, Bank Cashier's Check, or Bid Bond in the Amount of 10% of The Bid Total. Please note, we require that potential bidders contact LCSWMA directly to receive an official copy of the project plans. No Bid May Be Withdrawn Within Sixty (60) Days After Bid Opening, and the Owner Shall Award a Contract or Reject All Bids on or Before Such Sixty (60) Day Period. It is the Owner's Intent to Begin Construction at The Earliest Possible Date After Award of a Contract. The Owner Reserves the Right, Which is Understood and Agreed to by All Bidders, to Reject Any and All Bids and to Waive Any Omissions, Errors, Mistakes, Defects, or Irregularities in Any Bid at Its Sole Discretion.
