Window Replacement and Minor Renovations at Pleasantville Towers Annex The scope of work includes, but may not be limited to; window replacement, bathroom and kitchen renovations. Project location: 156 N Main Street, Pleasantville, NJ 08232. Question Deadline 11/16/2023 at 4:00 PM ET Bidders shall submit RFI's A bid guarantee in the form of a bid bond executed by the bidder and acceptable sureties, certified check or bank draft, payable to the Pleasantville Housing Authority shall be submitted with each bid. The bid guarantee shall be in an amount equal to but not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount (not to exceed $20,000). Bids bonds must be obtained from a New Jersey licensed company that appears on the latest edition of the US Treasury Circular Number 570, List of Approved Sureties. Bidders must be registered with the New Jersey Department of Treasury, Division of Revenue and with the New Jersey Department of Labor as a Public Works contractor at the time the bids are received. The Authority invites the participation of Minority-Owned Business Enterprises in this solicitation and reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in bidding. Bidders must also make positive efforts to offer employment, training and contracting opportunities in accordance with Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968.
