**As of January 9,2024, project was awarded to Spray Foam Genie Atlanta, awarded amount is $48,852.03.** Spray Foam Insulation for Storage The Douglas County School District, with this document, hereby requests bids from qualified Respondents to adequately prepare and submit a Response for providing and installing spray foam insulation in a storage building at the School District Central Office. The Respondent will provide all product and materials necessary to complete the successful installation of this product. Any changes or modifications required to make the installation successful shall be specified in the Bid and installed without claims for additional compensation. The Douglas County School District would like for this project to be completed no later than January 15, 2024. If this deadline cannot be met, notation must be made in in the response. The contract period shall be from the date of award until June 30, 2024. Please note that Georgia law only allows agencies to commit funds for a length not to exceed 12 months. An additional renewal will be considered optional at Douglas County School District's discretion. Deadline to submit Questions Nov 7th 2023, 2:00 PM EST All questions concerning this Request for Bid should be directed through the Bonfire portal. Response to Questions Nov 9th 2023, 5:00 PM EST
