DASNY is soliciting bids for the St. Lawrence Houses (RIT2) Roof Replacement Project at Sunmount DDSO in Tupper Lake, New York. This project includes the removal and replacement of the existing roofs at Buildings 12, 24, 36, 48, and the connecting corridors. The existing roofs are comprised of asphalt shingles and underlayment. Each roof is to be replaced with asphalt shingles, metal flashings and valleys, and other accessories. The existing soffits and fascia are also to be replaced with new, along with vinyl siding replacement at the chimney enclosures. One Construction Contract will be awarded with an estimated value of $750,000 - $900,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
