The Project includes the following Work: Completion of various interior and exterior renovations to the commercial building located at 8034 Old Spanish Trail Sneads, FL 32460 also known as GLeas Salon and Spa. Renovation activities include but are not limited to; demolition, insulation, painting, ceiling repair, masonry, electrical wiring, lighting, plumbing, HV/AC replacement, flooring, doors, frames, windows and exterior awnings. Upon the Issuing Offices receipt of payment, printed Bidding Documents or electronic documents will be sent via the prospective Bidders delivery service.
