This reallocation project is part of a long-term development vision for the University, established according to its Master Plan and which constitutes the phase following the construction of the Science Complex on the Outremont site (CSSO). The new pavilions that were created there, namely the science pavilion and the teaching pavilion and the library, made it possible to free up space on the project site. The redevelopment work of RGE and RGO concerns 27,991 m2 spread over 9 floors, as illustrated in the following images. The project also includes several interventions required as part of the project but which are located outside the redeveloped areas in RGE, RGO and PMV. These interventions are required due to work to upgrade, replace vertical circulation and mechanical and electrical infrastructure.
