A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The scope includes additions to Jesse Bobo and Roebuck Elementary Schools Spartanburg School District Six (SCSD6) invites responsible firms or individuals to submit a sealed proposal to provide external security services for the Dorman High School Campus on an annual contract with four (4) renewal options. All questions must be addressed to Ryan Henkes (rhenkes@spart6.org). Deadline for questions is 5pm on October 30, 2023. The district reserves the right to accept or reject any/all proposals or any part of any proposal. This includes rejection based upon quality (in the opinion of the district) from references, delivery or any other reason. Jesse Bobo Elementary School The scope of work for this project includes the construction of a six classroom addition, interior renovations to the administrative suite and façade improvements. The construction of the addition and the renovation will include load-bearing masonry with a steel bar joist roof framing system. Exterior finishes will include a modified bitumen roof system, brick veneer, and storefront doors and windows. Interior finishes will include hollow metal frames with wood doors, paint, LVT, and terrazzo. Site work will include grading and utilities as required for the new construction. Roebuck Elementary School The scope of work for this project includes the construction of a two-classroom addition and a 10- classroom addition. The construction of the addition and the renovation will include load-bearing masonry with a steel bar joist roof framing system. Exterior finishes will include a standing seam metal roof system, brick veneer, and storefront doors and windows. Interior finishes will include hollow metal frames with wood doors, paint, LVT, and terrazzo. Site work will include grading and utilities as required for the new construction.
