*Binghamton University is exercising its sole discretion and is withdrawing the bid for Fieldhouse Storage Addition project with a bid date of November 28, 2023. We will be reissuing this project in early January. * The work to be done under the Contract, in accordance with the Contract Documents, consists of performing, installing, furnishing and supplying all materials, equipment, labor and incidentals necessary or convenient for the construction of Project Number 373765, titled Fieldhouse Storage Addition, and carry out all of the duties and obligations imposed upon the Contractor by the Contract Documents. Last Day for Questions 11/14/2023 Per Binghamton University, an electronic set must be purchased to be considered a planholder. Print sets are available once an electronic set is purchased, and print sets are to be paid out of pocket. The designated website and registered bidders will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website.
