The Municipality of Anchorage (MOA) Port of Alaska (POA) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide professional engineering services on an "ASNEEDED" basis. Award of Contract executed under this request does not onstitute or guarantee authorization to proceed with any Work, however POA will budget annually for these services. All correspondence should include the RFP number and title. POA will award one contract under this Request for Proposal (RFP) to the highest ranked firm. The period of performance associated with this request will be one year with an option to extend for two additional one-year periods by mutual consent of the parties. The contract awarded will be limited to a total work authorization of $600,000 for each one-year contract period. Total contract value will not exceed $1,800,000 if all options are exercised. This may increase at the convenience of a POA contract amendment. The Municipality of Anchorage reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any informalities in procedures. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
