Work to include but not limited to: Rehabilitate Existing Lift Station No. 6 by cleaning, power washing, abrasive blasting, and recoating of existing wet well, aboveground piping, fittings, valves, and vent; removal, disposal, and replacement of wet well piping, fittings, submersible pumps, vent screen and bolts, access hatches, and safety net. Rehabilitate Existing Lift Station No. 7 by cleaning, power washing and inspecting T-Lock Lining with Engineer; repair T-Lock Lining as directed by Engineer; cleaning and power washing valve vault; abrasive blasting and recoating valve vault piping, fittings, and valves; grout valve vault floor to slope to drain; removal, disposal, and replacement of wet well piping/ fittings and wooden fence; furnish and install safety net for wet well and pipe bollards. Rehabilitate Existing Lift Station No. 8 by cleaning, power washing and inspecting T-Lock Lining with Engineer; repair T-Lock Lining as directed by Engineer; abrasive blasting and recoating aboveground piping, fittings, and valves; removal, disposal, and replacement of wet well piping/ fittings and wooden fence; saw cut, remove, and replace asphalt for electrical equipment. Install bypass pumping for all three lift station and electrical upgrades on all lift station. All work performed shall be in accordance with the plans and specifications. Complete in place. There will be no pre-bid meeting associated with this project. A cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
