A timeline for award has not yet been established.** This Contract provides for the construction of the following: Approximately (12) Monument Signs along 56th from E-470 to N. Harvest Rd, along 48th From N. Harvest Rd to N. Tibet Rd, and along the Windler project boundaries. Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total Bid Price must accompany each Bid in the form specified in the Instructions to Bidders. The Successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond, Labor and Material Payment Bond guaranteeing faithful performance and warranty bond for two-years after Substantial Completion, and the payment of all bills and obligations arising from the performance of the Contract.
