The Township of Lebanon, County of Hunterdon, State of New Jersey will receive sealed bids furnishing the following ROAD MATERIAL ITEMS for 2023 and 2024 season: ITEM: 1. 9.5MM 64-22PG State Approved Wear Mix 2. 19MM 64-22PG State Approved Binder Mix 3. 25MM 64-22PG State Approved Base Mix Items shall be bid FOB plant to be picked up by the Township trucks. The Township reserves the right to obtain the material from the same source regardless of the price bid. Bids may be made on bidders letterhead or standard bid forms. Bidders are not required to bid on each item listed. Bids shall be accompanied by Non-Collusion Affidavit, Stockholders Disclosure Statement, Affirmative Action Statement and New Jersey Business Registration Certificate as required by law. The materials listed above are to be supplied through 2024. All materials shall comply with the N.J.D.O.T. Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction dated 2007 with the latest supplements. All bid prices shall be subject to an asphalt price adjustment pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-16d. The Township estimates using 1000 tons +/-. The Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities and to award the contracts in the best interest of the Township.
