RFP for Construction Management and Inspection Services for The JWJ Reservoir Chemical Dosing System Project (EO-3583) The Long Beach Utilities Department (LBUD) intends to engage the services of a professional engineering consulting firm (Consultant) to provide construction management and inspection services for the JWJ Reservoir Chemical Dosing System (Project). LBUD anticipates the start of construction of the Project in second quarter of 2024. The construction cost estimate for the Project is $1.6M. The Consultant shall provide construction management services, inspection services, engineering support, coordination with LBUD staff and agencies, and represent LBUD for the duration of the Project. This project is also subject to LBUD's Project Labor Agreement for both the Contractor and the CM Team per Exhibit F. Request the pre-proposal meeting information and RSVP for the pre-proposal meeting by sending an e-mail to Myung Chun (myung.chun@lbwater.org) and include the subject line "Construction Management and Inspection Services for the JWJ Reservoir Chemical Dosing System Project: RSVP to Pre-Proposal Meeting". It is encouraged to RSVP a minimal of 48 hours prior to the meeting to ensure invitation is sent to you. n accordance with the Americans Disabilities Act (ADA), the information contained in this RFP is available in an alternative format by request.
