Additional pre bid meeting note: All perspective vendors interested in bidding must attend the Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting, in order for your bid to be accepted. Please note: No bids will be accepted from any vendor that does not attend the Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting. The County seeks to develop a softball field complex to meet the demand for additional youth and adult softball programs. Tournaments held at the complex would also boost economic development through sports tourism. The County has identified Tax Parcel No. 1200700020, located at 4120 Wrangle Hill Road (the "Property") as a suitable location for a softball complex. The Property is comprised of approximately 36 acres of undeveloped land, with access via an easement through TPN 1201300081. (See Attachment "A"). A former farm complex, the site has undulating topography with a small forested area. The majority of the site has been left to return to early successional scrub/shrub habitat.
