This Offer Calls for the Providing of Air Conditioning Maintenance Services for the Maui County Service Center, Ho'okele, Ifb 23-24/p-87, County of Maui, for Fy24 From November 1, 2023 Through June 30, 2024 With An Option to Renew the Contract 3 Consecutive Years for Fiscal Years 2025, 2026, and 2027. 2. Prices Quoted Shall Be Inclusive of All Taxes and Other Applicable Charges, And Shall Be Net to the County, for Fy24 Only. At the End of Each Fiscal Year Up to and Including Fy26, the County and Selected Vendor Must Mutually Agree Upon the Same Prices and Terms for the New Fiscal Year. Failure to List a Price for Each Line Item on the Offer Form May Be Grounds for Rejection of Bid. Incomplete, Conditional, or Irregular Bids Will Be Rejected.
