The Tarrant Regional Water District (The District) is seeking proposals for Right of Way (ROW) maintenance for the Cedar Creek, Richland Chambers, IPL, Benbrook, and Eagle Mountain pipeline Right of Ways. All normal and usual services/materials that are necessary to provide a complete and acceptable service shall be included in this bid and shall confirm in quality of materials, workmanship, and performance to that which is usually provided for this type of service. ROW Maintenance services supplied shall be inclusive of all necessary supervision, labor, equipment, and supplies The specifications listed below are minimum requirements and intended to govern, in general, the specifications to describe the furnishing of all equipment, tools, materials, and labor including disposal of scrap materials for this contract. The Contractor shall be required to perform services on the district's facilities as described below and in the Schedule of Landscape Management Services. Please refer to "Attachment A" for an approximate acre total by location. MOW, EDGE, WEED, AND BLOW IRRIGATED AREAS Mow all grass areas including frontage areas of the Right of Way to a height between 3.0 inches and 5.0 inches. Edge all sidewalks, curbs, etc. Line trim all areas including gates which cannot be reached by mowers. Blow all clippings from any paved areas. Clippings blown into the street/parking areas must be collected and disposed of properly. POLICE FOR TRASH Police all gate entrances for trash prior to mowing. Trash and litter will be disposed of in an approved and lawful manner. Questions are to be submitted using the Question and Answer process on the Procurement Website. Response to questions posted on the Procurement Website will be posted on the website by the District for the benefit of all bidders. A response will be given for questions submitted by the end of the day on November 9, 2023.
