The Government is currently conducting market research in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10 to identify potential Service Disabled Veteran Owned (SDVOSB) small business sources to fulfill the requirement and gather information on current capabilities of businesses within the market. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Acquisition and Grants Office, Eastern Acquisition Division is conducting market research to identify small business sources capable of providing Facilities Operating Support Services relevant to the requirement needs described herein for the National Ocean Service Office for Coastal Management (OCM). The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 561210, Facilities Support Services. The small business size standard for this NAICS code is $47 million. The nature of the work pertains to providing operations, maintenance, repairs, janitorial services, and miscellaneous work at the OCM facility located in Charleston, South Carolina. OCM requires a single service provider who possesses appropriate industry standard skills and licensing levels required to ensure that the Government facilities, systems, subsystems, equipment and assemblies are functionally and operationally available for the maximum sustained period.
