Bidders on this project are required to be classified by the State of NJ, Division of Property Management and Construction (DPMC) under classification #C008, #C009, and #C068 as well as other documentary requirements as set forth in the INSTRUCTION TO BIDDERS found in the bid specifications. Please note that if the project budget is $5 Million or more, irrespective of Phasing, a signed PROJECT LABOR AGREEMENT shall be required. This bid proposal addresses Roof Replacement for the Burlington County Institute of Technology - Westampton Campus School. The Burlington County School District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any and all minor and immaterial informalities in the bid in accordance with applicable law. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope and clearly marked with the subject of the bid, name and address of the bidder, phone & fax number, and date of the bid opening. Each bid must be delivered to the Business Administrator prior to the stated time of the opening of the bids. No late bids will be accepted. The Burlington County School District will not be responsible for late delivery by the U.S. Mail or any other carrier.
