This Project consists of the following elements of Work: removal of existing lighting system and installation of new LED lighting system, including wiring. PROJECT LOCATION: This Project is located on the underside of the I-5 Overpass at S. Dearborn St. PRE-BID SITE INSPECTION: No pre-bid site inspection has been scheduled for this Project. INCLUSION PLAN: For purposes of the Inclusion Plan, this is considered a Streetlight Systems type of project with a Past Performance of 15% WMBE utilization rates based on completed projects.
