Reference Number 0000333825 The Village of Pleasantville is seeking to execute an for a Public Works Contract with a licensed plumbing Contractor for on-call (i.e. requested and/or emergency) plumbing services from approximately January 1, 2024 through December 31, 2024. This Contract includes two (2) potential (1) year contract extensions subject to approval between the Village and Contractor. Delivery Point 80 Wheeler Avenue, Pleasantville 10570 Bids shall be made on the forms furnished with the Bid Documents. As a Bid security, each Bid shall be accompanied by a certified check or Bid bond in the amount of five (5%) percent of the total amount of the base Bid, payable to the Village of Pleasantville. Bidders who submit certified checks must accompany them with a Consent of Surety from a recognized Bonding Company. The Bid security shall be held by Village as a guarantee for the proper execution and delivery of the Contract and bonds to secure the faithful performance thereof. *The Village of Pleasantville reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any informality in any Bid, and to award the contract to other than the lowest Bidder if deemed in the best interest of the Village to do so.
