The County reserves the right to add or delete the number of containers and sites as needed. Any changes shall be made in writing to the Contractor and are subject to unit prices as listed in Section 12.The County reserves the right to change the frequency of services. The County reserves the right to inspect Offeror's physical facilities prior to award to satisfy regarding the Offeror's capabilities. The County further reserves the right to reject any proposal if the evidence submitted by, or investigations of, such Offeror fails to satisfy the County that such Offeror is properly qualified to carry out the obligations of the contract and to provide the services and/or furnish the goods contemplated therein. Contractor certifies that it will have the following insurance coverage at the time the contract is awarded. If any subcontractors are involved, the subcontractor will have workers' compensation insurance in accordance with 2.2-4332 and 65.2-800 et seq. of the Code of Virginia. Contractor further certifies that the Contractor and any subcontractors will maintain this insurance coverage during the entire term of the contract and that all insurance coverage will be provided by insurance companies authorized to sell insurance in Virginia by the Virginia State Corporation Commission. Subcontractors, if any, will maintain similar insurance coverage during the entire term of the contract. Contract will be awarded to the successful Offeror for an initial period of twelve (12) months beginning January 1, 2024, with the option for renewals under the terms and conditions of the original contract for up to four (4) additional twelve (12) month periods, unless either party gives written notification to the other party sixty (60) days prior to expiration of the then-current term that they do not wish to renew.
