This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is to solicit quotations from qualified contractors for the renovation of the Haileybury Service Marina to permit the operation of a municipal pound facility. The following items are the minimum required specifications for satisfactory completion of this project: - Acquire necessary permits from the City of Temiskaming Shores building department. A building permit will be provided at no cost to the successful proponent; - Provide the Director of Recreation with a detailed gnatt chart of the contractor's schedule for the project; - Mobizie the necessary people, materials and equipment to the site; - Complete necessary demolition as per the design drawing; - Install new animal shower and animal bath room as per specifications - Install cabinets, move door and paint all walls in the cat area as per specifications; - Install new concrete overpour, supply/fabricate and install new dog crates, remove existing shelving and paint all walls in dog area; - Provide as-built drawings within 60 days of substantial completion in .pdf format; - Provide a 2-year warranty on all material and labour provided as part of this project.
