Jackson County ("County"), through its Facility Maintenance Department, is accepting proposals for a Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) for a 118,000 square foot Multi-Use Pandemic Response Center project to be constructed at the Jackson County Expo, 1 Peninger Rd 97502. Requirements will consist of providing CM/GC services in the design and construction of the project. See official County RFP for additional details. The total estimated budget for the facility, including exterior features, landscape, parking etc., and soft costs is approximately $61,500,000 (Sixty-One Million and Five Hundred Thousand dollars). ). County expects this project will be partially funded by County's allocation of American Rescue Plan Act funds. The County may, at its discretion, postpone any such action following the opening, for the period expressed in the RFP, during which period the proposals will be irrevocable and open to public inspection. County may reject for good cause any or all proposals, or may waive any informalities in proposals, all in its sole discretion, upon a finding by the County that it is the public interest to do so. Instruction to Proposers and all other contract documents may be inspected at 10 S. Oakdale Suite 208, Medford, Oregon 97501 during regular business hours or the Jackson website, Each proposal must contain a statement as to whether the proposer is a resident bidder as defined in ORS 279A.120. This form is included in the RFP packet. All proposals are subject to the applicable requirements of ORS Chapters 279, 279A, 279B, 279C and 701, and the regulations of the Jackson County Facility Maintenance. All work is subject to ORS Chapters 279C.800 to 279C.870.
