The College intends to contract for window washing services to include interior/exterior windows and louvers in the identified buildings on the main campus and satellite locations. The proposer should be prepared to describe and demonstrate their proposed cleaning method(s) upon request by the Owner; and to provide related LEED and Material Safety Data information as requested. Proposals will include recommendations for the initial cleaning, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual cleanings required to maintain the campus windows and louvers in the desired condition. Question Deadline 11/08/2023 at 5:00 PM CT The initial term of this Agreement shall be one (1) year as designated in the Award Contract. The College may extend the term of this Agreement by one (1) year increments for a total of four (4) additional years, upon annual notice to the proposing party. In the event funding approval is not obtained by the College, this Agreement shall become null and void effective the start date of the most recent extension. During extension periods, all terms and provisions of this Agreement shall remain in effect. In no event shall pricing for renewal periods exceed 5% of the previous year's pricing.
