The Watershed Conservation Authority (WCA) is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for construction management services for the Azusa Wilderness Park (Project). The site plan of the Project is located off Highway 39 near the entrance to Angeles National Forest, along the San Gabriel River in Azusa, California. The project proposes to develop the entry to the park with a series of features and park amenities including an entry gate, park signage, permeable parking area, restrooms, a pavilion structure, nature playground and river overlook areas The objective of this RFP is to select a Consultant that is best qualified to perform the work described in this RFP. Questions must be received no later November 1, 2023. The estimated contract amount is $200,000 - 275,000 and the estimated contract term is two (2) years. The Agreement shall be Task Order driven and for specific phases of the Project will be prepared on a flowing basis. The scope of services and total fee for individual Task Orders will be negotiated utilizing the rates specified in the Proposal. Expenses such as mileage and printing may be eligible for reimbursement so long as detailed supporting documentation is submitted with invoices. The WCA does not guarantee that any work will be made under the agreement(s) during the contract period to the selected entity. The WCA may issue a separate contract for each phase. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
