The City of Irving Capital Improvement Program and the Irving Arts Center would like to invite local contractors to bid on the work outlined in the following Competitive Sealed Proposal request. The work to be performed under this contract consists of furnishing all materials, appurtenances, tools, equipment, labor and incidentals necessary for the renovation of approximately 6,200 square feet of the basement at the Irving Arts Center Building basement, as detailed in the bid drawings and specifications associated with this CSP. Demolition of the existing space will also be a part of this CSP as outlined in the drawings. The mirrors in the green room will be removed as a part of this work. The above listed work together with all associated appurtenances and other incidental items necessary to complete this project will be completed at the Art Center Facility, located at 3333 N MacArthur Blvd. in Irving, Texas. This project is funded through American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds. Bidders must sign the provided Federal Funds addendum and comply with all provisions of 2 CFR Part 200. Any questions or request for clarification should be submitted under the Questions tab in this online solicitation. The responses will be posted after consultation with the appropriate department personnel. If the responses necessitate a significant change to the specification, an addendum will issued.
